Shipping Policy 

Please allow 24-48 hours for order processing and up to 72 hours for processing during the peak holiday season. Orders placed before 11:30 AM PST/2:30 PM EST will ship out same day when expedited shipping options are selected. Orders placed after 11:30 AM PST/2:30 PM EST on Friday will ship out on Monday. We do not ship on Saturday or Sunday.

All ‘last chance’ items under $30, swimwear, socks, hats and boxers are final sale and no credit or refund will be issued if these items are sent back. 

 

Holiday season shipping guidelines to guarantee delivery by December 25th:

  • All UPS Ground orders must be placed by Thursday, December 12th.
  • All UPS 2-day orders must be placed by Tuesday, December 17th.
  • All UPS Next Day Air Saver orders must be placed by Wednesday, December 18th.

There is no guarantee by December 25th for UPS Ground orders placed on or after December 13th.

Continental United States

  • Standard Shipping (4-9 business days) 
  • UPS 2-Day (2 business days) 
  • UPS Standard Overnight Shipping (1 business day)

Saturday delivery is not available at this time for expedited orders.

Please note, we cannot ship to PO boxes at this time.

    Canada

    • We apologize but due to higher than expected shipping costs, we can no longer offer international shipping at this time. We hope to return to shipping internationally in the future.

    International

    • We apologize but due to higher than expected shipping costs, we can no longer offer international shipping at this time. We hope to return to shipping internationally in the future.
    • All duties and fees for international shipments are the responsibility of the buyer.
     
    Please allow sufficient time for the arrival of your order as once the order leaves our facilities, we have no control over the arrival date. Once your order ships, you must contact the carrier regarding your order as we are not responsible for lost or stolen shipments.

    What is ShipInsure?
    ShipInsure is our shipping insurance partner that provides an extra layer of protection to your order. If your order is lost or stolen at any point, this is automatically covered when you've purchased the shipping insurance. The price of this insurance is calculated based on your order total and is automatically generated. You are able to file a claim in the event that something does happen to your order and have the option to choose refund or reshipment.
    If you do not select ShipInsure, your order does not automatically get reshipped or refunded as all orders need to be investigated fully before we can take either or those actions due to a rise in fraudulent activity.
