Shipping Policy

Some things to keep in mind for the busiest time of year:

In order to guarantee delivery by December 25th, your order must be placed by December 14th no later than 3pm EST/12pm PST. Orders placed after this date run the risk of not arriving in time! This is also a reminder that we cannot guarantee international delivery times.

If you miss the December 14th cutoff date, we offer FedEx 2-day shipping with a cutoff date of December 21st. If you like to live life on the edge and wait until the last minute to shop, we cannot guarantee next day delivery for orders placed after December 21st.

Please allow 1 business day for order processing and up to 2 days for processing during the holiday season. Orders placed before 12 PM PST/3 PM EST will ship out same day. Orders placed after 12 PM PST/3 PM EST on Friday will ship out on Monday. We do not ship on Saturday or Sunday. All additional duties and fees are the responsibility of the buyer for international shipments.

Saturday delivery is not available at this time for expedited orders.

Hawaii

Please allow sufficient time for the arrival of your order as once the order leaves our facilities, we have no control over the arrival date. Once your order ships, you must contact the carrier regarding your order as we are not responsible for lost or stolen shipments. We apologize, but we cannot guarantee delivery for any international shipment.
