Returns

Return Policy

Items must be in new condition and unworn to be accepted as a return. Please insure your return shipment and/or obtain a tracking number for your return. TailorByrd cannot be responsible for lost return shipments. All returns MUST be sent to the following address for proper credit:

Kindly enclose your original packing slip with your return and let us know if you'd like to exchange for a different size, color or receive a credit to your original method of payment.

Full-Price Merchandise:

  • The full amount of the merchandise purchased will be credited to the original tender (credit card, PayPal, amazon payments, or gift card) if returned within 60 days from the ship date on your invoice and accompanied by the original packing slip.
  • After 60 days, the current selling price will be added as store credit to your TailorByrd account. 

Sale-Price Merchandise:

  • The full amount of the merchandise purchased will be credited to the original tender (credit card, PayPal, amazon payments, or gift cardif returned within 30 days of the ship date on your invoice and accompanied by the original invoice.
  • After 30 days, sale merchandise will not be eligible for return or credit.

Clearance Merchandise:

  • All clearance merchandise is final sale and cannot be returned.
