We cannot accept returns for clearance items under $30 or sport coats under $80. *Clearance merchandise is all items found in 'last chance' that have RED prices. Please reach out to our customer service team if you have issues with sizing on these items.
Return Policy
Items must be in new condition and unworn to be accepted as a return. Please make sure the packing list with your order information is included in the return package and ALL tags are attached. TailorByrd cannot be responsible for lost return shipments.
Please note that our NYC location is NOT open to the public and we cannot accept in-person returns or exchanges. All inquiries must be made using our contact form or by sending a message to help@tailorbyrd.com. We are available Monday through Friday 10am - 5pm to assist you!
Full-Price & Sale Merchandise:
- The full amount of your merchandise will be credited to the original tender (credit card or store credit) if returned within 60 days of the ship date on your invoice and accompanied by the original invoice. Returns must be unworn and with its original packaging. We can not accept returns or exchanges on 'last chance' items priced under $30 at this time or sport coats under $80. All socks, hats, boxers and swimwear items are final sale.
- Clearance items are all items found in our 'last chance' collection with a RED price.
Exchanges:
- The full amount of your merchandise will be available to use for exchange if returned within 60 days of the ship date on your invoice. Exchanged merchandise must be unworn and with its original packaging.
Clearance Merchandise:
- The full amount of the merchandise purchased will be credited for an exchange or store credit if returned and accompanied by the original invoice for all items valued over $25. If you have purchased something on clearance under $25 or a sport coat under $80 or your item is socks, hats, boxers or swimwear, we cannot accept those items back.
Price Adjustments:
- Price adjustments will be made within 7 days of the original purchase date with the original receipt. Items during select promotional periods will not be subject to a price adjustment.
Store Credit:
- We always offer store credit for returns. As a rule, we cannot accept returns past the 60 day mark if it is not due the fault of our company. Merchandise must be unworn and with its original packaging.
We cannot accept any returns or exchanges for international orders at this time.
All gift card purchases are final sale.
