Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to feel confident in your purchase. Please review the guidelines below to ensure your purchase is eligible for a return or exchange.

Return Eligibility

Items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in new condition
  • Returned with all original tags attached
  • Accompanied by the original invoice or packing slip
  • Shipped back within 45 days of the original ship date

Refunds are issued to the original form of payment. Shipping Fees are not refundable. TailorByrd is not responsible for lost return shipments.

Final Sale & Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Clearance items under $25
  • Sport coats under $80
  • All items marked FINAL SALE
  • Socks, hats, and boxers
  • Gift cards

Clearance items are those listed in our FINAL SALE collection with red pricing.

Exchanges

Please review our Exchange Policy:

  • Eligible items may be exchanged within 45 days of the ship date.
  • Exchanges are issued for the amount on the original order.
  • All exchange items must meet the return eligibility requirements above.

Sale Items (Over $25)

Please review our Sale Items Policy:

  • Sale items priced over $25 may be returned for store credit or exchange only. Marked under SALE
  • Clearance/Sale items under $25 and sport coats under $80 are final sale and not eligible for exchanges.

Price Adjustments

Price adjustments will be made within 7 days of the original purchase date with the original receipt. Items during select promotional periods will not be subject to a price adjustment.

Customer Support

We do not accept in-person returns or exchanges. Our NYC location is not open to the public.
