Items must be in new condition and unworn to be accepted as a return. Please make sure the packing list with your order information is included in the return package. TailorByrd cannot be responsible for lost return shipments. All returns MUST be sent to the following address for proper credit:
Full-Price & Sale Merchandise:
- The full amount of your merchandise will be credited to the original tender (credit card, gift card, or online gift certificate) if returned within 60 days of the ship date on your invoice and accompanied by the original invoice. Returns must be unworn and with its original packaging.
- The full amount of your merchandise will be available to use for exchange if returned within 60 days of the ship date on your invoice. Exchanged merchandise must be unworn and with its original packaging.
- The full amount of the merchandise purchased will be credited for an exchange or store credit if returned and accompanied by the original invoice.
- Price adjustments will be made within 7 days of the original purchase date with the original receipt. Items during select promotional periods will not be subject to a price adjustment.
- We always offer store credit for returns and only offer store credit for returns past 60 days. Merchandise must be unworn and with its original packaging.
